CoverFlows is an AI music creation platform. Users can upload audio, create AI covers, transform vocals, use community voice models, train custom voice models, and download generated audio.

The platform is designed for creative use, including covers, demos, remixes, experiments, parody, fan content, and music production workflows.

You may need an account to use certain features.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

You may upload songs, vocals, acapellas, stems, lyrics, images, voice data, model names, descriptions, and other content.

You keep ownership of your original uploads.

By uploading content, you allow CoverFlows to process, store, transform, display, and generate outputs from that content so we can provide the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to upload and use your content.

CoverFlows may include community-created, creator-uploaded, artist-style, fictional, parody-based, or licensed voice models.

Some models may be inspired by recognizable vocal styles, artists, public figures, or fictional characters. Unless clearly marked as official or licensed, CoverFlows is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any artist, label, estate, brand, or rights holder.

All artist names, stage names, trademarks, songs, recordings, images, and brands belong to their respective owners.

You are responsible for how you use any voice model and any generated output.

Outputs created on CoverFlows may be AI-generated or AI-altered.

You are responsible for reviewing your outputs before sharing, posting, distributing, monetizing, or releasing them.

Unless a voice model or plan clearly says otherwise, community and artist-style voice models are intended for personal, experimental, parody, demo, and non-commercial creative use.

For commercial release, streaming, advertising, distribution, or monetization, you are responsible for getting any rights, licenses, or permissions required.

CoverFlows does not guarantee that any output is cleared for commercial use.

If you upload or publish a voice model, you are responsible for its name, description, tags, image, audio data, and use.

You agree not to upload misleading, harmful, illegal, or rights-infringing models.

We may remove, rename, hide, restrict, or disable any model if we believe it creates legal, safety, platform, or rights-related risk.

You may not use CoverFlows to:

Prices, quotas, limits, and included features are shown on the Pricing page or inside your account.

Plan quotas may limit rendering, converting, training, uploads, or other actions.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

We may update pricing, plans, quotas, or features from time to time.

CoverFlows owns or licenses the website, app, interface, software, systems, design, branding, and technology used to provide the service.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform without our written permission.

We may remove or restrict content, outputs, accounts, or voice models if we believe they violate these Terms, receive a complaint, or create risk.

CoverFlows is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

We do not guarantee that outputs will be unique, accurate, legally cleared, commercially usable, or accepted by third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CoverFlows is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or claims related to your use of the platform.

You use CoverFlows at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make important changes, we may notify users by email, in-app message, or website notice.

Your continued use of CoverFlows means you accept the updated Terms.
